Waiting for Nina is a unique painting of a toddler, who got dressed up to go to her friends house, grabbed her favorite baby and bunny and was waiting patiently by the front door for her to pick her up. This sweet little red-headed cutie sported her fur faux vest, one pigtail and a pensive look of patience communicating her "readiness" to go. 
 
I enjoyed painting this piece and time-stamping my niece's personality in this 16x20 oil painting.
