Prints
Fine art prints typically ship out within 3-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of order. Wood prints take about 10 days. Please allow additional time for framed canvas prints (1-2 weeks). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at jessica@paildesign.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Costs
In the USA, fine art prints, wood prints, canvas and framed artwork ships free. For original artwork, shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the painting. For Pacific Northwest residents, local pick-up or delivery is available on original purchases.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pail Art. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may write to us with your concerns and we will address it thoughtfully.
Because each print is printed to order, there are no refunds or exchanges. If the artwork arrives damaged from shipping, please send an email to jessica@paildeisgn.com with photos of the damage and description. This must be done within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or a replacement will not be considered.
Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you. Original artwork is non-refundable.
Product Info / Printed Reproductions
Prints
Fine art prints are reprinted through a print house and shipped directly to you. Fine art prints are printed with archival grade pigments on natural heavyweight textured cotton paper with no optical brighteners to ensure long-term archival stability. All prints include a 3/4" white border.
Canvas Prints
High-quality matte canvas using UltraChrome archival pigments for long-term stability. A UV water-based varnish is applied to protect the surface from UV ray damage and cracking. Size is printed on 1.25inch stretched canvas. Our canvas prints include ready to hang wire on back, and felt pads for wall protection.

Framed Canvases
We offer floating framed canvas reproductions and sometimes cannot see a framed finished product once it ships to you. If there is any damage, please contact us so we can address it with our vendors.
