Camellia & The Bee

This painting was inspired by the early blooms of the camellia tree / blooms. The first notes of pink that decorate the Northwest in early Spring. The blooms on this are blurred so that we focus on the arrival of the bumblebees as they do their thing.
 
Measuring 12x12 inches, this oil painting features the composition painted on the sides, and is set on an extra-thick, 2-inch deep canvas. Frame can be added by request for an additional $100.
